Saturday classes and Pay-per-class card

All Saturday classes are family classes (all ages) and will take place Saturday mornings at 10:30am and 11:30am. Families should sign up for and pay for Saturday classes the same as they do for weekday classes -- the rates (and discounts) on the registration page apply.

To accommodate kids who can't commit to being here every Saturday but who still want to come, Jay has developed the All Around This World Saturday Class Card. Just pay in advance for ten classes and use them on a per-class basis. When you run out of classes on your card, if you want to keep coming to classes just pay in advance for some more. This is a great option for families with unpredictable schedules, those who work during the week and families who live outside of West Philly.

You may also have come across a Pay-Per-Class card at a fundraiser for your favorite community group or through a special offer via a group discount site like Deals That Matter. You'll find answers to your questions about that card on this page too.

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS

QUESTION: How much does a Saturday Class Card cost?
ANSWER: For the first child:
10 classes -- $170

For the second child:
10 classes -- $135

For the third child:
10 classes -- $100

Costs for special-offer pay-per-class cards vary.

QUESTION: Can families with a special-offer pay-per-class card come to weekday classes?
ANSWER: Yes!! Only with a special offer pay-per-class card (such as the Deals That Matter offer) you can come to any class on the current schedule. PLEASE RSVP. If you haven't established a regular class time make sure to e-mail Jay or call 215-913-2679 to make sure there's room.

QUESTION: Can families with a Saturday Class Card come to weekday classes?
ANSWER: Sorry, but not usually...other than for the odd special offer, weekday classes are for those who have signed up for those classes. If do you have a particular need, let Jay know and something will work out.

QUESTION: How do I register for the Saturday Class Card?
ANSWER: Fill out the registration form. In the box marked "First choice of class" put "Saturday Class Card."

QUESTION: Can families that take regular during-the-week classes use Saturday classes as make-ups?
ANSWER: Yes!

QUESTION: Can families that pay for the Saturday session regularly (without getting the card) come to make-ups during the week?
ANSWER: Yup.

QUESTION: What if I have a pay-per-class card that covers two or more of my children but they don't all come together to the class?
ANSWER: We can figure out which child you'd like to consider the "first," "second" and "third" children -- for Class Card purposes only! -- and only count the class for the children who actually attend.

QUESTION: What if I don't end up using my classes?
ANSWER: Pay-per-class card credits don't expire so unless you're moving out of the area or have some other reason that you'll never be able to come to class, you should keep it. (One exception: The Deals That Matter card offer officially expires in September 2011.) In general there are no refunds, but if you do have a real complication, talk with Jay.

QUESTION: Is there an actual card?
ANSWER: Sure, Jay will give you a card. But if you lose it, don't fret. Keep track of your classes and you can have a new card to punch.
