Saturday classes

All Saturday classes will be family classes (all ages) and will take place Saturday mornings at 10:30am, with the possibile addition of an 11:30am class. Families should sign up for and pay for Saturday classes the same as they do for weekday classes -- the rates (and discounts) on the registration page apply.

To accommodate kids who can't commit to being here every Saturday but who still want to come, Jay has developed the All Around This World Weekend Class Card. Just pay in advance for ten classes and use them on a per-class basis. When you run out of classes on your card, if you want to keep coming to classes just pay in advance for some more.

This is a great option for families with unpredictable schedules, those who work during the week and families who live outside of West Philly.

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS

QUESTION: How much does a Weekend Class Card cost?
ANSWER: For the first child:
10 classes -- $170

For the second child:
10 classes -- $135

For the third child:
10 classes -- $100

QUESTION: How do I register for the Weekend Class Card?
ANSWER: Fill out the registration form. In the box marked "First choice of class" put "Weekend Class Card."

QUESTION: How will Saturday classes be different than weekday classes?
ANSWER: One of the best things about regular weekday classes is that families are able to develop a rhythm -- kids get used to seeing the same kids every week, parents look forward to seeing the same parents, and Jay will be able to really see each child develop throughout the 11 weeks of class and tailor the class to each child's needs. Parents and children also learn the songs over several weeks, which is one of the best things about the program. Saturday classes will be great fun! They'll just be a little less predictable, with a lot of new faces and new things to do each week. Come along and you'll definitely have a great time.

QUESTION: Can families that take regular during-the-week classes use Saturday classes as make-ups?
ANSWER: Yes, as long as you RSVP.

QUESTION: Can families that pay for the Saturday session regularly (without getting the card) come to make-ups during the week?
ANSWER: Yup.

QUESTION: Can families with a Weekend Class Card come to weekday classes?
ANSWER: Nope, weekday classes are for those who have signed up for those classes. If you're interested in signing up for a weekday class you can always talk with Jay about schedulig a free trial for a particular weekday time period to see if you and your children fit into that class.

QUESTION: What if I have a Class Card for two or more of my children but they don't all come together to a Saturday class?
ANSWER: We can figure out which child you'd like to consider the "first," "second" and "third" children -- for Class Card purposes only! -- and only count the class for the children who actually attend.

QUESTION: What if I don't end up using my classes?
ANSWER: Class Card credits don't expire so unless you're moving out of the area or have some other reason that you'll never be able to come to class, you should keep it. In general there are no refunds, but if you do have a real complication, talk with Jay.

QUESTION: Is there an actual card?
ANSWER: Sure, Jay will give you a card. But if you lose it, don't fret. Keep track of your classes and you can have a new card to punch.
