Policies Make-up Classes You are allowed unlimited make-ups! If you miss your regularly scheduled class for any reason and would like to come to class at a different time, e-mail or call Jay as soon as you know about your desired schedule. Please don't come for a make-up unless you talk with or get an e-mail from Jay confirming there's space in the class you want to attend. You're responsible for keeping track of how many classes you want to make up. All Around This World make-ups expire at the end of the season following the current one (fall make-ups expire after the winter season, winter make-ups expire after the spring season, etc.). Little ones under 6 months Babies under 6 months are free when they accompany their siblings to class. There are a couple "babies only" classes for the under one year old set. For those classes, babies pay the regular class tuition. Check the schedule page for details. Siblings There is a 20% sibling discount for the first sibling, a 40% discount for the second and a 60% discount for the third and all subsequent siblings. Life sometimes throws your schedule on its ear so feel free to bring siblings that aren't registered if you need to. There is a $5 fee for each unregistered sibling who comes and participates in class. Sick kids If your child is too sick to go to daycare or school, s/he is too sick to come to All Around This World. Sorry! Sick Jay Jay is has trained some wonderful teachers who will lead class if he is sick. In the unheard of circumstance that Jay would have to cancel a class at the last minute, he or someone else will make every effort to call you immediately and to schedule a make-up class as soon as possible. Weather Each All Around This World teacher makes his or her own inclement weather policy and will let his/her students know about it before the weather hits. Guests Of course bring all grandparents and family members. If you want to bring one of your child's friends, that should work out, but please contact Jay first. Refunds If you have to take your child out of classes for any reason within 72 hours after the first class you attend, Jay will give you a full refund.
