Yesterday I shared a sing-along video of “Wan Boto,” song from Suriname that we’re learning this week as we explore The Guianas in our online class. Today sing “Wan Boto” with me and 12 of my friends! The 13-piece All Around This World Global Orchestra played a one-of-a-kind show at Philadelphia’s World Cafe Live to celebrate International Make Your Own Instrument Day in 2014 and we were soooooo good. Eternal thanks to band leader Arturo Stable, Christelle Durandy Kevin Hanson Daniel Scholnick and the rest of these talented musicians.
