All Around This World’s Western European songs for kids introduce your family to so many cultures through interactive fun . . .
The songs in the All Around This World Western Europe and the Nordic Countries season ask us many important questions, such as “how will this whole ‘American revolution’ think work out, Mr. Franklin?”, “what do you do when you’re bitten by an Italian tranantula?” and, the most pressing, “Who knows where the time goes?” It also gives us important answers, such as “Ah ca ira–everything will turn out fine.”
Meet All Around This World’s Western European songs for kids:
Ali Alo | Ah Ca Ira | Ay Carmela | Barco Negro | Blau Bluht | Butterfly | Chi Mi Na Morbheanna | Copeo | Douce Dame Jolie | E Qee Qee | Figaro | Flickorna I Smaland | Formidable | Gaztelugatxe | Gulbahar | Jackie Wilson | The Land of the Free | Milo Mou Kikkino | O My Beloved Donkey | Olafur | Por Colombianas | The Rocks of Bawn | Tra La La | Who knows Where the Time Goes? | Will Ye No Come Back Again | Yuppi Du | Zumba Lariula
This season features nearly 30 Western European songs for kids, and we know our recordings of them won’t all fit on one CD. We’re planning to break the project into two discs, one that will feature songs from the northern part of Western Europe–countries from France and Germany on up–and the other from southern European countries like Spain, Italy and Greece.
