A tambin is a flute that is a primary instrument found in music of the Peuhl (Fula, Fulani) people of West Africa (primarily Guinea and Senegal). Tambins are mainly made from Guinean conical vine, a bit larger at the end where the musician blows on the flute than at the end where there are three holes for fingers.
